Flowmove wellness and arts centres are in Brazil on the island of Algodoal and in the Poland, in the Beskid mountains. Arts Residencies are available at both locations.

Rehearsal space is available for every kind of movement including aerial skills and dance to create your own art work. Both locations are equipped for aerial yoga and aerial skills/circus : trapeze, hoop, silks and bungee dance.
Art space is available for visual artists to be inspired by the beautiful natural setting.
Location:
The Brazilan Flowmove wellbeing centre is located on a tropical island in the north coast of Brazil, near the Amazon river. In Poland the Flowmove wellbeing centre is in a forest in the Beskid mountains.
