Whether you’re just starting or expanding your teaching practice, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Our Story...

FlowMove was created because aerial yoga deserved a fresh, practical approach. Founder Joanna Da Silva — a contemporary dancer, aerialist, and movement therapist — spent over two decades working in movement, performance, and rehabilitation. Through her experience, she saw how powerful aerial yoga could be when taught with structure, creativity, and a focus on real transformation. FlowMove started as a way to make aerial yoga more accessible and professional — not just for advanced movers, but for anyone who wants to teach, move, and connect with purpose. What began in Europe has expanded into a global academy, with teacher trainings and retreats in Italy, Poland, Brazil, and online. Today, FlowMove supports a growing network of students and instructors around the world, providing tools and training to teach confidently, creatively, and safely.
