The FlowMove Retreat Centre is fully equipped for aerial yoga, with a custom-built rigging system designed for safe use of hammocks, silks, and other suspended equipment. The space includes multiple anchor points, high ceilings, and all essential props like mats, blocks, and bolsters — ready for classes, trainings, or retreats.
