Virtual Social Arts Festival 2020 Awards

Do you feel sometimes so low and you have no clue where it’s coming from. Definitely there is always a reason why we’re in such a state of mind. But very often it’s hidden behind the wall of self-protection and denial. When the sun is shining,  everything seems to be easier to manage. As soon as the sun goes away the whole world collapses.

Do you think it’s the Corona life style which takes over your life or it’s just your normal mood swing which happens independently from the corona live.
Do you miss the physical and emotional support of your friends and the loved ones?
Do you feel stuck in one place and nowhere to go.
Do you feel like there is no way out and everything just puts you down?

Well if you feel like this then you are not alone. We all feel like this at a different time and in a different place. But the things which are uniting us, are the same feelings of downs and doubts, subconscious depression and flatness.
Do you feel like everything is just plane and not moving anywhere and you can not take any direction to free yourself from the struggle?
Do you feel like you can not break through the wall to get out there and feel loved, supported and confident that you can go through it.

There is always a light at the end of the tunnel. There is never plane and flat, it’s always up and down, bad and good, positive and negative. We are full of contrasts and thank god we are. Therefore when you feel down just embrace it, watch it, let it be and let it go. Everything is just temporary, nothing lasts forever. The good as well as bad things go away and change. It’s ok to feel lonely, powerless and down.

After the storm there is always the sun to shine your soul out. Don’t give up and reach out for your dreams no matter what mental or physical obstacles you find on your way.

Thank you very much for joining our Virtual Social Arts Festival to celebrate the ups and downs because of the current situation of the covid19 lockdown. We’ve met together on zoom with artists and audiences to share our physical and emotional pain and joy, through different arts forms we talked about the world’s issues within the human rights and social injustice. We’ve created the environment to find a safe place for ourselves as artists. We found the union with the universe through the connection with the audience.  We are not alone, we are together!

Thank you all artists and supporting team for the incredible effort you put into this event to happen. Thank you audience's members for joining in and all your contributions to make this event happen and fundraise for a cause. We will continue working towards the next event.

With your support and donations we will continue to grow and raise awareness of the violation of human rights and social injustice through performing arts.

Thank you FlowMove and The Minded Institute for sponsoring the participants and audience’s awards for value of £25 up to £450 and offering the wellbeing educational online courses so our awards winners can keep healthy and strong and enlarge the comunity of wellbeing professionals.
