This a unique holiday that will provide you with peace of mind and yoga practice on a wild beach on the Amalfi Coast. The retreat is about cultivating well-being through movement and insight. You will learn how to heal yourself from the inside through meditation and yogic practices.
Start your day at sunrise and finish it at sunset with Vinyasa Flow. Sleep under the stars. Practice meditation and enjoy our healthy Mediterranean meals by a bonfire. Don't miss this opportunity to visit some of the most spectacular places in the world (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) whilst exploring the culture and tradition of the South of Italy.
You'll be introduced to a simple, minimalistic lifestyle without needing much.
You'll take advantage of the sea and stay clean and fresh as never before.
Your days will be full of relaxation on the wild beach of Tordigliano. You'll practice yoga (Vinyasa Flow) twice a day, meditate surrounded by the rocks and sea, swim in the bluest waters of south Italy.
Excursions to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello will be available on request.
Each day you will wake up at sunrise on the beach on the Amalfi Coast, opposite to the Island of Galli and near one of the most visited spots in the world - Positano. Swim in a turquoise, transparent water of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
You will practice yoga techniques that will allow you to quickly re-balance your nervous system to alleviate short and long term stress, whilst developing a strong awareness of body and mind.
You will flow with Vinyasa yoga practices. The gentle and dynamic yoga will help you release tension from your body, whilst building strength and flexibility.

All guests will be treated to delicious Mediterranean food prepared by an Italian chef and delivered to the beach or cooked on the fire.
Antonio - former lawyer from Amalfi Coast. Currently gypsy/ nomad who is exploring the minimalism while traveling around the world and his own country, hiding away from the hectic life style and searching for the truth on his spiritual path. He will organise for you the transport, excursions and meals. He will look after your accommodation, set up the tents and make a fire in the evening. He will make sure that you are comfortable and relaxed.
Joanna is a movement artist and mind-body practitioner and instructor. Her base is in London but in her heart she is a Wellbeing nomad who travels around the world where she explores the most hidden third world cultures and connects with the most amazing people. She leads international workshops, trainings and retreats.
Joanna has 20 years of experience in different Mind/Body practices such as Yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow), Pilates and Contemporary dance. She teaches Vinyasa flow that focuses on core strength, aids flexibility and allows for self-expression, body toning and a deep connection between body and mind. As a Yoga Therapist for mental health, depression and anxiety she trained with the Minded Institute. She uses other techniques to stimulate the body and mind, such as: Pilates and Free/Flow/Improvised Movement to release stress and calm the nervous system.

The temperature will be still high in September during the day up to 30C, during night it is slightly cooler. You might want to bring a sleeping bag with you, just in case.
We recommend traveling light with a bag-pack which you don't have to check in on the flight. You can have a mat/sleeping bag on you as well without additional cost (flight). At least I'm talking from my own experience.
