“I have wanted to do aerial yoga teacher training for many years. When I found out that Joanna was delivering teacher training near me, I was keen to join. The training really did live up to my expectations! The main highlight for me was how Joanna made the training truly fun whilst also being informative. I met some amazing people and it was great to share my journey with them. Joanna is an inspirational practitioner and truly passionate about what she does. It is amazing to support her, to allow her passion to grow. Having passed the course I cant wait to start my career in Aerial Yoga Teaching!!”

“Really enjoyed the course, the teaching style makes you instantly feel comfortable and I thought the size of the group was great. The way we did the master class with the poses and then broke them down was very useful as was working in pairs from the first day, it immediately gave you a sense how you have to explain moves. The section of the course that I found the most helpful was the fact that you're actually getting teaching experience from the first day and even though it seemed very daunting, teaching sections of the class from the second day was a great way to stop the over thinking it and go with the flow.”

“This course is very intense, but it is very enjoyable, we had a small class (6) which was a really nice number, Joanna has a great training style and is very knowledgeable and passionate about Ariel yoga and makes learning fun. I am so pleased I did the course and feel that Joanna has given me to tools to do this and teach a variety of different people with different abilities. There is no judgement of people's ability and I have been able to work to my own abilities with lots of adjustments given, I have also been able to challenge myself in a safe environment.”

“I feel lucky and privileged I got to be with such an amazing and open minded teacher as Joanna, as well as with 5 incredible ladies who shared enormously about their various backgrounds. The social aspect is not something I thought about too much upon arriving and this has defied my expectations. I hope we get to remain a close community and I don’t see now why that would not be the case.
I have found the progress for everyone pretty much immediate, associated with a lack of judgment from anyone which helped build confidence and just give it a go without fearing of failing in front of my co-learners.
I thought the immersion into teaching in pairs and to the group was amazing, and despite the absolute lack of preparation sometimes it felt so natural and enjoyable to see us expressing ourselves through teaching.
As Joanna said, the more you practice, the more enjoyable, the least uncomfortable aerial yoga is and it definitely felt this way.”

“For me, these past few days have felt more like a retreat then a course. I joined not having much experience in aerial yoga and the confidence I’ve gained in such a short time has surprised me. Joanna is everything a teacher should be: warm, passionate, and inspiring. She has done an amazing job of creating a safe and welcoming space, free of stress and judgement. Her passion is contagious and her encouragement to develop professionally after the course has left me feeling excited and empowered. I would not hesitate to train further with her in the future and only wish all courses could be like this.”

“The retreat was absolutely fantastic, a well blending mixture of nature, intense practice, well structured teaching, nice and healthy food and lovely company.
Having spent my childhood at the country side, this place, in its simplicity in the middle of woods is very reminiscent of my childhood., a journey back to the days I used to spend walking in the woods, picking forest fruits and observing the wild life. At the same time the accommodation has all the necessary facilities and the food was delicious, traditional, organic and really felt it was cooked with love.
The training itself, I believe was exactly what I needed, focused on positioning, manner of deliver/instruction, particulars on how to deal with future students and how to create a practice tailored on different people and most importantly focused on spotting as safety is the utmost concern when being a teacher.”

“Aerial yoga teacher training as been a unique experience that as allowed me to get to know myself deeper physically, mentally and spiritually.

The technique delivered at the teacher training was very technical, fun to learn within a safe natural loving environment.
Being surrounded by nature in the Polish mountain, having a location powered by the nature using all natural resources to live in helped to go to a deeper state of relaxation so we could assimilate and process in the calmer way.
During the retreat silence was the key.
I would definitely recommend it.

“I have literally had been pushed into Aerial Yoga practise and I melted in it. Thank to Joanna I could embrace a new knowledge and way of teaching. I like the freedom that she gave us during the training and the wonderful environment she sank us in, by letting lead the classes and learning from each other. The nest she constructed in this isolated paradise in Poland is the best place to embrace the practise and recharge yourself.”

“Joanna was a great teacher and I really enjoyed the lesson. She has a friendly manner and took time to introduce herself and ask us about our Pilates experience/injuries etc. She explained the exercises clearly, gave different level options and gave corrections where necessary.
It was so great to exercise with the nature sounds of the Amazon in the background!”

“The course was a very rich, intense and unique experience. It was my first experience with yoga training and body practices, and it was extremely necessary to propel me along this path, reconnecting me with the process of guiding and leading a practice. In this process, I reconnected more with myself and with the love I have for physical practices, proposing to enter this path more and more. It was interesting to take the course in two languages, as it also provided a mental exercise and the possibility of connecting with people from other parts of the world. Thank you for the opportunity.
