Refund Policy

Thank you for being a part of FlowMove  community! Please carefully read our refund policy – it applies to every one, every time! That includes our students, friends, grads, family, and everyone in between.

Payment Policy

We accept payment by stripe (jawaf@me.com) and bank transfer (J S Puchala , sort code 20-44-86, acc number 83931528, IBAN:GB48BUKB20448683931528, SWIFTBIC: BUKBG22). Please note that any additional bank transaction charges, such as transfer or foreign exchange fees, are your responsibility. Please also be sure to identify your transfer with your name and the retreat or training that you’re signing up for.

Your Deposit

Retreat and training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please consider your circumstances, such as job stability, pet health, passport validity, immunisations, visa needs, relationship status, possibility of getting pregnant, etc, before placing your deposit for one of our programs. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend the program before placing your deposit. If your retreat or training application is not accepted, we will immediately notify you and refund your deposit in full, via the same means that we received it.

Early Registration Pricing

Some trainings have early-registration pricing.  To be eligible for the early-bird discount, the balance payment is due in full 6 months prior to the start of the training. If the balance is not paid by the early-bird deadline, the regular pricing applies.

Your Remainder Payment

In all cases, full payment for the retreat or Teacher Training must be received no later than 90 days before the start date to hold your spot. In the case of any bookings made after this date, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. In the month leading up to the final payment date, you will receive reminders to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds or transfers of payments after the above deadline due to the fact that we are required to make venue payments that are no longer refundable after this time.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your reservation with FlowMove, please inform us as soon as possible. FlowMove does not offer refunds. If you cancel your reservation altogether up to 60 days prior to the start date of your retreat or training, you will forfeit your deposit. The remaining balance may be used as credit for another event within two years of the date of your confirmed cancellation. For last minute cancellations (less than 90 days prior to start date of your retreat) any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat centres, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, retreat and training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

We Strongly Recommend You Purchase Travel Cancellation Insurance.

If FlowMove must cancel or postpone a scheduled retreat or training date for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or training, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement including your deposit. If the training is cancelled because of unexpected circumstances such as covid19 we will reschedule it and transfer automatically your credit onto the next retreat or training.

FlowMove is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal injuries or emergencies.

If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat or training early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behaviour is disruptive, if they fail to maintain 100% attendance or lack the skills necessary for participation in the teacher training. Incomplete or inaccurate information on the application may result in dismissal from the program. In the event of dismissal, any refunds of tuition will be at the sole discretion of FlowMove. No refunds will be made for travel, meal or accommodation packages booked.

Online courses are not refundable.

However in case you decide not to do the online course after you purchased it we can transfer your credit onto another Flowmove course. You will have to cover the price difference if applicable.

All learning must be completed before the 180 days is up.  Once the course expires, access to all of the online content is terminated.  After the course expires, to regain access to the online material a course extension may be purchased for one month (£30) or three months( £75)
