About the Retreat: This unique retreat is about cultivating well-being through movement and insight. Combining vinyasa flow (yoga) with stress relief practice developed by the renowned Yoga for the Mind you will learn how to heal yourself from the inside through meditation and scientifically sound yogic practices.
In the morning you will have a mind-body practice and stress relief based on Yoga for the Mind. You will practice techniques that quickly re-balance your nervous system for the alleviation of both short term and long term stress while developing personal awareness of the body and the mind.
In the evening you will flow with vinyasa yoga practices, the gentle and dynamic yoga to help you release tension from your body, while building strength and flexibility.
In the meantime there will be swimming and sightseeing activities to nourish your mind and feed your heart.
Each day you will be exploring the wonderful Sicilian islands while sailing on a luxury sailing yacht which will be your home during the retreat.
You will practice yoga at sunset and sunrise on a variety of beaches in the Aeolian Islands. You will have a pleasure of swimming in the most remarkable places in south Italy. You will be treated with delicious Mediterranean food prepared by the Italian captain/chef. You’ll have chance to visit those islands and explore their culture and beauty.

Roberto is an Italian sailor and businessman whose life is full of adventures and challenges. His amazing experience in sailing is due to an intense exploration of the world by oceans and seas. His sailor’s charm and fascinating cooking skills make you feel home.
Joanna is an aerialist, contemporary dancer/choreographer, pilates, yoga/aerial yoga teacher and yoga therapist for mental health, depression and anxiety based in London. She leads international workshops, trainings and retreats.
Joanna has 20 years of experience in different mind body practices such as yoga (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow), pilates and contemporary dance. She teaches Vinyasa flow that focuses on core strength, aids flexibility and allows for self-expression, body toning and a deep connection between body and mind. As a Yoga Therapist for mental health, depression and anxiety trained with Minded Institute, she uses other techniques to stimulate the body and mind, such as: pilates and free/flow/improvised movement to release the stress and calm down the nervous system.
